We conduct a pre-assessment meeting with the school to identify their most pressing issues. Our program managers draft an outline stating how we can approach (Assemblies or face-to-face workshops) these issues in which we then staff the program itself with college students leaders who can relate to the topics and send a resonating, impactful message to the students at your school.
